Estuary
1st floor. Double bedroom, en suite shower room, living room with pull-out bed and kitchen area, two large windows overlooking the Topsham quay and estuary. The Estuary apartment is located over the main cafe so there may be some noise on our once-a-month music nights – check dates on the Events page. Otherwise the Café Bar closes at 8pm.

Monmouth
1st floor. Double bedroom, en suite shower room, living room with pull-out bed and kitchen area, one large window overlooking Monmouth Hill.

Haldon
2nd floor. 2 double bedrooms, en suite bath and shower room, separate WC, living room with pull-out bed and kitchen area, two Velux windows with great views across the estuary to the Haldon Hills and up Monmouth Hill.

Please note: access to the apartments are up a fairly steep flight of stairs. We not have a lift in the building.
