to Route 2, Topsham's newest and coolest Café Bar and Cycle Hire.

This licensed eco-café, formerly the Steam Packet Inn, offers an alternative eating and drinking venue that appeals to young and not-so-young alike. We are also establishing ourselves as Topsham's cycling hub.

Open 8am-8pm
Route 2 is open from 8am for the famous Route 2 breakfasts and throughout the day and evening until 8pm, serving freshly prepared, locally sourced foods as well as excellent drinks, from tea, coffee and smoothies to a pint of beer or a glass or bottle of superb wine.

Every third Saturday of the month, there is live music.

Steam Packet Apartments
In addition to our eco-café, we offer accommodation in the Steam Packet Apartments in three well-equipped and fully serviced apartments that are available by the night or week.

Sustainable and Green
Route 2 Cafe Bar is owned by The Globe Hotel. We have a Green Tourism Silver Award at The Globe for Good Sustainable Practices and this same ethos is echoed in here at Route 2.
